        1. Please go ahead and select the metal, earring size, font design number required. Hit 'Add to Cart'. If you made a mistake, simply delete items from the cart and start again.

        2. To multi-order the same design add items to cart one at a time - so that you can enter the name for each order one at a time.

        3. Multi-order discounts are displayed and applied at the final step before payment at Checkout Summary (they are not displayed in your cart).

        4. After purchase double-check your Order Confirmation email or SMS to make sure your personalization and earring size and delivery address is correct. Or contact us for any support at all within 12 hours of placing your order if changes to orders are required.
